Board of Directors

Governance of the Black AIDS Institute is provided by a Board of Directors that meets quarterly. Monthly oversight is provided by an Executive committee comprised of the Board chair, the two vice-chairs, the treasurer, the secretary, and the President and CEO.  In addition to the executive committee, the board has three (3) standing subcommittees: finance committee, strategic planning committee, and medical services.
In addition, the Institute has a number of community advisory committees comprised of a diverse group of science, medical, community, public policy, political, media, and entertainment experts committed to the organization and its mission.
The Institute also maintains a Black Hollywood Task Force on AIDS comprised of Ambassadors from the Black Entertainment community.
