Brittinae Bell is a Program Coordinator on the prevention and care team for the Black AIDS Institute. In this role, she coordinates HIV testing services including overseeing the general operations for client services at “A Clinic for Us – Crenshaw,” developing policies and procedures for direct client services, overseeing client case management, and managing HIV testing quality assurance.
Before coming to the Institute, Bell worked for the Department of Public Health’s Division of HIV and STD Programs as a Public Health Investigator. In this role, she interviewed patients who were reported to have STIs or HIV to ensure they received adequate treatment and to educate them about the infection to prevent further exposure.
Bell holds a BA in biology and African-American studies from California State University Northridge and a MS in health science and community health education from Western University of Health Sciences.
