With a foundation in brotherhood, Revolution in Color (RevInColor) is a group of young, Black, men who lead each other to personal success and development. Through outreach and events, RevInColor looks at risk reduction and HIV prevention from a social point of view.
RevInColor focuses on personal goal setting, life skills and planning, and social experiences and events to mobilize young Black gay and bisexual men to shape a healthy community for themselves, build positive social connections, and support their friends to have safer sex and healthier relationships.
In RevInColor, young, Black, gay and bisexual men work to link Black Angelinos to HIV prevention services, treatment, education, and other support services. Peers work together to fight stigma, increase knowledge and life skills, maximize retention of HIV science, engage in peer support and guidance, and build community through training, team activities, and social events.
Are you interested in being a leader in Rev in Color? Join us every Thursday at 6.00 P.M. in our offices at 1833 W. 8th Street, Suite 200, 90057.
