Our Staff

Black Empowerment is a core BAI value. We source our capacity building, mobilization, policy, and advocacy efforts from Black leaders and communities across the country and provide high-quality direct HIV services and linkage to care to Black people. We rely on the strength, struggle, and contributions of Black people to liberate systems that profit from and are passive regarding the presence of HIV in the Black community. The BAI team represents the communities we serve.
